Our organic coconut flour is manufactured from fresh coconut. After most of the oil has been extracted, the cake is dried and then finely ground into flour.

The coconuts are harvested in an environmentally friendly manner in areas where coconut trees are naturally abundant. The fresh fruit is picked directly from the tree.

The flour is creamy-white and has a very characteristic natural coconut aroma with a sweet and subtly sweet taste.
