organic fermented carrot powder
You will discover our organic fermented carrot powder, with a guaranteed level of more than 10µg/g of 100% natural vitamin B12. This is the first certified organic vitamin B12 solution, produced in France, available for vegan or vegeterian formulations. With a recommended daily intake of 2.5 micrograms (according to INCO regulation), it is possible to achieve a “source of” claim of vitamin B12 with less than 40mg of this powder.
certified organic calcareous algae powder
You will discover our certified organic calcareous algae powder containing 28% calcium. Harvesting is done in designated areas, with controlled water quality by trained harvesters so as not to endanger the resource. In addition to its high calcium content, which helps to increase bone density and preserve bone, this seaweed contains essential minerals and trace elements.
organic sea lettuce marine extract
You will discover our organic sea lettuce marine extract with a 25% magnesium content. Sea lettuce is naturally rich in minerals and particularly in magnesium. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue, participates in relaxation and stress reduction, and plays an essential role in the proper fonctioning of our nervous system.
We will also introduce you to the Umami flavour to enhance your dishes, as well as our range of gluten-free and organic fruit and vegetable flours such as sweet potato flour which is rich in nutrients, fiber and antioxydants. Naturally sweet, it enhances the flavour of dishes and can add an orange colour. It is a very good alternative to traditional flours.
